Our shipment process generally takes 5-7 business days. Please note that Better with Bubbli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES ONLINE STORE ONLY

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We offer free return labels for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items purchased from betterwithbubbli.com are only eligible for exchange/store credit if returned within 14 days of order delivery. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with no signs of make up or pet hair in order to be eligible for a refund of store credit. Clearance items as well as bodysuits are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

PRE ORDERS/CUSTOM ORDERS

Items listed as pre order are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange sizes, we are happy to accommodate if your desired size is in stock at the time of your request. Customizable items, including but not limited to, name necklaces and trucker hats are also FINAL SALE.   

Better with Bubbli offers size exchanges for same items within 14 days of order delivery, contingent on the new desired size being in stock when your exchange is processed. You can note the new size you want in your email to us. If we do not have the desired size in stock when we process your exchange, we will process a return for store credit instead.

 HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
1. Please leave a note in your package expressing if you would like a return for store credit, or if you would like to exchange for another size.
2. For exchanges, please indicate the new desired size.
3. Re-pack your item(s) in the bag or box you received them in or in your own packaging, removing any existing shipping labels.
4. Email info@betterwithbubbli.com with your order number to receive your free shipping label.

 RETURNS/EXCHANGES IN STORE POLICY

In store purchases are not eligible for returns. Better With Bubbli will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is brought back in it’s original condition. Tags must be attached, and item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with no signs of makeup or perfume. Items marked to CLEARANCE are FINAL SALE. In addition, all bodysuits are FINAL SALE. If you choose not to exchange, you will receive store credit. This policy is for in-store purchases only.
